First Amendment Freedoms Art & Essay Contest

ADL Midwest invites 6th – 12th grade students in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota to participate in the 2020 First Amendment Freedoms Art & Essay Contest! Alworth Scholarship – $20,000.00

Available to Math & Science majors in Northeastern Minnesota. The Marshall H. and Nellie Alworth Memorial Fund has provided scholarships in science and math since 1949. Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship

The online application for the Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship is available starting on November 1, 2020, at jackierobinson.org. Through the JRF application, more than 4,000 talented young minority high school students apply to become JRF Scholars and carry on the civic-minded legacy of the foundation’s namesake, Jackie Robinson.

Elks National Foundation  Legacy Award Scholarship

Alpha Kappa Psi Scholarship Fund

Applications for the summer 2021 Business Emerging Leaders (BEL) Program are now open!

The BEL program is a pre-college summer program for talented students interested in business that begins the summer after 10th grade and continues through participant’s 11th and 12th grade summers. Students who apply and are admitted to the University of Wisconsin AND who have successfully completed the BEL program are granted a full-tuition scholarship for four years of study in the Wisconsin School of Business (WSB). Itasca Community College Presidential Scholarship
Second Priority Deadline: March 1, 2021
This is a Full-Tuition Presidential Scholarship for high-achieving students.
High school seniors planning on attending Itasca Community College who scored 29 or higher on their ACT and have either a 3.8+ GPA or are in the top 10% of their class may apply. Michigan Tech Iron Range Alumni Scholarship – ( 2 – $500)

Allina Health Orthopedics Sports Medicine Scholarship ($2,500 to one male and one female student athlete)

Allina Health Orthopedics will be offering two $2,500 scholarships, which will be awarded annually to one female and one male student athlete who intends to attend college to pursue a career in sports medicine.

Minnesota Women’s Golf Association – ($3,000 a year)
Deadline: March 31, 2021
The MGA Foundation Women’s Scholarship is based on academic performance (a minimum 3.2 average), continued financial need and quality of character as demonstrated by civic and academic activities. Although skill or excellence in the game of golf is not a criterion, candidates shall demonstrate an interest or involvement in the sport.

Applicants must be a child or grandchild of an AFSCME Council 65 or Council 65 Retiree member. Must be enrolled in a college, university, vocational, technical, or trade school in Minnesota or one that has reciprocity with the state of Minnesota. The PB&J Scholarship

This scholarship is for students who have experienced personal challenges that may not have allowed them to perform well academically, but who still have the drive to succeed. THE APPLIED LEARNING INSTITUTE SCHOLARSHIP 2020-21
Scholarships awarded are $1,000 each. Eligibility criteria: Recipients must have graduated from a high school offering ALI programming, must be enrolled full time (12 or more credits), and plan on attending one of the Northeaster Higher Education District (NHED) community colleges. Preference will be given to students who were enrolled in an ALI post-secondary program. Click here to apply.
