Some of our students at Rock Ridge are missing one or both of the following required vaccinations for Minnesota schools:
We are excited to inform you that the M Health Fairview Community Clinic Care Team and St. Louis County Public Health are partnering with Rock Ridge Public Schools to host a FREE mobile vaccination clinic. If your child needs one or both of these required vaccinations and has insurance, it will be billed for reimbursement, but there is NO COST to families. Students without insurance are also eligible to receive vaccines.
Our goal is to remove barriers to care, including cost, transportation, and access.

MN law M.S. 121A.15 requires written proof of required vaccinations for children in grades K-12. However if a child has a medical reason or if his/her parents are conscientiously opposed to any or all of the shots, a legal exemption is available. To file an exemption, you must fill out this form and return it to the School Nurse. Conscientious objections to immunizations need to be notarized.
